The Application Process

The application should be submitted on the web based form which can be found on the Application Form page.

The application will be reviewed to ensure it meets the minimum requirements for consideration by the Investment Panel (see Eligibility Criteria). The application will be acknowledged and the applicant notified if there are any issues regarding eligibility, or additional information is required.

Eligible applications will be considered by the Investment Panel in a two stage process. If the applicant is successful at the first stage further, more detailed, information will be requested prior to the Panel carrying out their final evaluation (second stage), which may include a presentation, by the applicant, to the Panel.

The applicant will be notified of the decision of the Panel. If an offer is made the applicant will be notified of any conditions that need to be met and, once agreed, the formal offer will be issued.

The Springboard Fund is a discretionary fund and the Investment Panel will make decisions on investments based on their assessment of the benefits of such an investment. The decision of the Panel is final and there is no recourse to appeal.
